My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were clean, modern, and slightly larger than expected, making them spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness could have been better, but it was still acceptable. The service was prompt, friendly, and very attentive, creating a wonderful and helpful atmosphere. The location was nice with plenty to do around the hotel, although it was further from downtown St Louis than I initially thought. The dining experience was fantastic with a good variety of options, but the hot food and drinks served on cheap styrofoam cups and plates were a bit of a downside. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and exactly as pictured online. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was so convenient. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, even though there were some unexpected changes. The location was good but required driving a few miles to reach some places. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
