My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were clean, modern, and slightly larger than expected, making them spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness could have been better, but it was still acceptable. The service was prompt, friendly, and very attentive, creating a wonderful and helpful atmosphere. The location was nice with plenty to do around the hotel, although it was further from downtown St Louis than I initially thought. The dining experience was fantastic with a good variety of options, but the hot food and drinks served on cheap styrofoam cups and plates were a bit of a downside. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.

The service was friendly and accommodating overall, even though there were some unexpected changes. The location was good but required driving a few miles to reach some places.
